Sterling Projects were incredibly professional from the onset. They cleared a large front garden with big tree stumps, Fitted concrete fencing posts with wooden fence panels and laid a big block paving driveway with soak away. Anytime there was an issue such as water mains where the fence post needed to go they were able to create a solution that upheld the original vision of the project. Sterling Projects were also incredibly tidy and courteous towards the neighbors. They completed the project in a quick timeframe whilst battling a heatwave, also charged an incredibly fair price.

We had a few companies come out to quote for our driveway renovation, but Marc and John from Sterling Projects stood out straight away. They were the only ones who pointed out potential issues with some of the ideas we had, rather than just telling us what we wanted to hear. Even before we received the quote, we already knew they were the people we wanted to go with because they were so genuine, knowledgeable and easy to get along with. We were lucky enough that they could fit us in quickly after another project was delayed, and they've been brilliant from day one. The finished driveway looks even better than we imagined, or even what ChatGPT could come up with! Whenever we were undecided on colours or styles, they gave honest advice without being pushy, and we're so glad we trusted them. We ended up choosing Autumn Gold paving, which wasn't our original choice, but now we honestly can't imagine having anything else. The whole job was completed efficiently, the site was kept tidy throughout, and everyone was respectful and professional. What really impressed us was that they were happy to offer advice and ideas for other projects we're planning, without trying to sell us anything. We decided to have our out of date driveway updated and have the space upgraded to more accessible and family friendly space. After online contact John was efficient in providing an onsite survey, listen to our needs and offering expert advice. John showed us a glossy brochure of possible blocks and materials that could be used, gave us confidence and vision of how our tired drive could be transformed. A few days later John and Marc provided us with a very competitive quote and gave us options regarding our boundary fence. A date was agreed for John, Marc and the team to start the project. They arrived promptly each day, worked effectively, kept the site tidy, remained professional at all times and were courteous to our neighbours. The old driveway was broken up and cleared quickly and the old concrete and rubble removed on the same day. Once the blocks arrived the team worked at a rate of knots and started to lay the masterpiece. The transformation was amazing, turning the tired old space into a stylish and useable space. Marc and John have an eye for detail and ensured everything was perfect. We are so pleased with the drive and over the moon with the finish. John and Marc also installed the new composite fence to finish off the modern look.
