Absolute Top service from these Men From start to finish at very competitive rates. Very polite and hardworking people that turn up rain or shine, and do the job they came to do. I made a small change to how i wanted things after they had started and it wasn't a problem, they just got on with it and made it happen. We are over the moon with the outcome and would highly recommend them for all your building needs.

Used Sterling projects for my new build property replacing the standard issue patio with a larger area of Porcelain patio tiles extended out further. Straight from the outset the attention to detail & customer service was incredible, the team are brilliant. The end result even better than expected and has completely transformed what was a originally a dull area in the garden. Highly recommended!!

Fantastic service from start to finish - Marc made it very easy for us as we had been messed around by a previous builder and lost confidence to be honest. He is super reliable and delivered on everything which had been agreed! ++++++++

Sterling Projects were incredibly professional from the onset. They cleared a large front garden with big tree stumps, Fitted concrete fencing posts with wooden fence panels and laid a big block paving driveway with soak away. Anytime there was an issue such as water mains where the fence post needed to go they were able to create a solution that upheld the original vision of the project. Sterling Projects were also incredibly tidy and courteous towards the neighbors. They completed the project in a quick timeframe whilst battling a heatwave, also charged an incredibly fair price.

We had a few companies come out to quote for our driveway renovation, but Marc and John from Sterling Projects stood out straight away. They were the only ones who pointed out potential issues with some of the ideas we had, rather than just telling us what we wanted to hear. Even before we received the quote, we already knew they were the people we wanted to go with because they were so genuine, knowledgeable and easy to get along with. We were lucky enough that they could fit us in quickly after another project was delayed, and they've been brilliant from day one. The finished driveway looks even better than we imagined, or even what ChatGPT could come up with! Whenever we were undecided on colours or styles, they gave honest advice without being pushy, and we're so glad we trusted them. We ended up choosing Autumn Gold paving, which wasn't our original choice, but now we honestly can't imagine having anything else. The whole job was completed efficiently, the site was kept tidy throughout, and everyone was respectful and professional. What really impressed us was that they were happy to offer advice and ideas for other projects we're planning, without trying to sell us anything. Sterling Projects more than just driveways, so we'll definitely be getting them back for future work. We honestly couldn't recommend Marc, John and the team highly enough. Thank you so much!

We decided to have our out of date driveway updated and have the space upgraded to more accessible and family friendly space. After online contact John was efficient in providing an onsite survey, listen to our needs and offering expert advice. John showed us a glossy brochure of possible blocks and materials that could be used, gave us confidence and vision of how our tired drive could be transformed. A few days later John and Marc provided us with a very competitive quote and gave us options regarding our boundary fence. A date was agreed for John, Marc and the team to start the project. They arrived promptly each day, worked effectively, kept the site tidy, remained professional at all times and were courteous to our neighbours. The old driveway was broken up and cleared quickly and the old concrete and rubble removed on the same day. Once the blocks arrived the team worked at a rate of knots and started to lay the masterpiece. The transformation was amazing, turning the tired old space into a stylish and useable space. Marc and John have an eye for detail and ensured everything was perfect. We are so pleased with the drive and over the moon with the finish. John and Marc also installed the new composite fence to finish off the modern look. We fully RECOMMEND Sterling Projects to undertake a new driveway, landscaping or building projects you have in mind. Don’t hesitate and get in touch for a Sterling Job.

We had a few companies quote for our driveway, but Marc and John stood out immediately. They were honest, knowledgeable and the only ones to highlight potential issues instead of just agreeing with our ideas. The finished driveway is even better than we imagined. They recommended Autumn Gold paving over our original choice, and we're so glad we trusted them. The whole team was professional, kept everything tidy, and we'll definitely use Sterling Projects again. We couldn't recommend Marc, John and the team highly enough. Thank you!

We wanted an extension built, and what we ended up with totally exceeded our expectations. We had a rough idea of what we wanted, but with lots of communication with Marc, he came up with some very good ideas, which meant we could get everything we wanted and so much more. The end result of our extension was perfect. There was so much time, effort and dedication put into this building work we have no complaints at all.
